Excessive knock

Morning, I was datalogging and noticed a lot of knock. I pulled the timing but there's even knock close to idle. Can you guys take a look at the map and datalog and let me know if i'm missing something. Really concerned if i have a mechanical issue or my knock sensor is too sensitive? Thank you. Set...

Re: How do i know if my S300 V2 has gone bad?

I didn't get a chance to try. I'll try tonight. Have you guys seen that before? No led lights at all? Well, one good thing. It's not a red led light.

How do i know if my S300 V2 has gone bad?

Good evening, I been using my S300 V2 for some time now SN#22309, on my 97 Acura integra obd2a. I've had no issues until tonight where it stopped working. I'm getting a solid check engine light (i checked for codes) now. I'm using Hondata Smanager 2.5.2.0 I don't think that would make a difference i...

flash pro plugged in all the time

hey I was wondering if the flash pro should be connected only during tuning then pulled out of the obd2 connector? Is it bad for the flash pro to be connected to the obd2 connector all the time. Then just plug in my usb when I need to see what's up or make changes. I just wanted to make sure i'm not...

Re: tsx flashpro, base calibrations for k24

thanks, that is awesome to hear :) Yea i don't want to gain top end while sacraficing low end torque, specially for a daily driver. I also looked into that RBC intake manifold, but i don't think i'll waste my money on that either now, top end while sacraficing low end torque. Saving money and gains....

Re: tsx flashpro, base calibrations for k24

awesome information zoro2006 :) i can look for a 50degree vtc gear and a 06-08 intake cam and i'm good yea i just wanted to use those maps as a base, then take it to the dyno for fine tune for my particular setup. Do you know if the 06+tsx head is much different than the 04's? besides the +1mm on th...

tsx flashpro, base calibrations for k24

Hello, i was wondering when you purchase the flashpro for the tsx. Does it include the flash maps that you sell for the 04,05,06 tsx? i'm wondering about trying those maps if i do purchase the flashpro. I do have a 2004 tsx, but the engines starting to get a bit old. I was thinking to run the flash ...

is my knock sensor faulty?

Hi i was using my S300/p72 ecu with my oem knock sensor(b18c5) okay before, was reading knock and retarding as it should. However, recently it just shows 5Volts that's it? Like when i turn on the key 0volts, but once i start up the car it just goes to 5Volts right away and stays at 5Volts for the en...

Re: a/f not logging in some colums

i figured it out, i was getting a vacuum leak from the throttlebody gasket.
i was wondering when i start the car why is the map sensor showing 1000+mbar
after i fixed that the engine is behaving a lot more consistant :)

Re: a/f not logging in some colums

so i thought maybe i accidently bent the valves or something but i just did a compression test
between 240-255psi in each cylinder? hmm

and idle is at 10:1a/f for some reason, it's kinda messed up :(
