Ok. The V4 was a borrowed unit so I may take a while before I update this post. Based on what you're saying reducing the smoothing should correct the gear indicator problem but shouldn't offset the actual vehicle speed read out? Based on the pics about with the unit does it seem like a genuine unit?...

the one labeled stock VSS is the good one while the one labeled rear VSS is the alternate one which im having trouble with.

I also tried live tuning with the low speed fuel tables (10,20 and 30*) and they are making changes but nothing changes until I upload.

Also the autotune not working as quickly as I thought either. . .not sure if its settings which are pretty simple to understand.

I have not received my V4 as yet but was wondering when using the alternate VSS if its possible to still read/data log the original one?
