Re: Daughter Board Communication Error
I didnt get time to take a pic of it last night My father in law broke his ribs so i was busy with that. Also, is the reason you are wanting a full size pic to make sure its a real kpro? cause that was the first thing i checked and it is indeed genuine. It just appears that it was overloaded or ther...

Re: Daughter Board Communication Error
alright, i will when i get off work.
The only spots that are different are the 3 that have black burnout looking Cells. everything else is normal.
I removed the daughterboard to make sure it was seated correctly and that the connectors weren't loose and everything was tight there as well.

Re: Daughter Board Communication Error
I think the daughter board is fried.
When i bought the car the kpro was already installed. Looks like something might have gotten on the board.
Ill show you a pic when i get home. This has been so frustrating!
If it is fried what has to be done?

I just went to lunch and the CEL came back on. My Voltage only dropped to 11.2 that time could it be the main relay causing this?

Re: Daughter Board Communication Error
I think it is fixed now.
I redid all the grounds with 0 gauge and even ground the alternator with 0gauge to prevent a voltage drop. and havent had the CEL pop back up yet. since i did that and put the optima battery in friday.
