Re: iOS Applications

Is there an update on this? Can we connect an iphone to the Flashpro using Dash command?

Specification fuel pressure is 380-430 kPa. The fuel pressure is only used for calculating fuel change, it is not the actual fuel pressure for any vehicle.
Could you please explain this? "Calculating fuel change". Shouldn't we have the actual fuel pressure stated there?

Re: WOT adjustment table

"Target" in our mind. I know that the WOT is not a target but a modifier and that is what I don't understand. Why is the WOT table there, what is its use? Why have a modifier when you can tune the main fuel map to get to any AFR you wish. edit: I am talking about a boosted S2000 but I suppose the sa...

Re: WOT adjustment table

I am talking about FI setup where the target AFR is not stoichiometric when under boost.

Re: WOT adjustment table

Thanks for the reply. But for FI (speed density) setups you need to use the main fuel tables for the open loop operation, in order to get the desired AFR and just set the WOT table values to 12.46 in order not to have the ECU go into closed loop(for the last 3 columns). Correct?

WOT lambda adjustments

Hello, I am trying to understand what the WOT tables do (and why) and whether I need to modify these for my application. The description in the help file is also not very helpful (imo). It mentions that the tables include the lambda adjustment to the main fuel table, assuming that the main table has...

Injector change

I currently have ID1000 injectors on my S2000 and are going to change to ID13000x. What do i need to change in my existing calibration in order for it to keep the same afr and idling behaviour? Do I just change the "current injector size" to 1500 (I have 55psi fuel pressure) and the program makes in...

I had NGK BKR8EIX with OEM coils and changed to Denso IK24 with K20 coils.

Re: LS-2 coils in S2000

In order to have a larger spark plug gap. At 15psi boost (stock compression ratio) I have to re-gap down to 0.5mm

LS-2 coils in S2000

I am looking into installing LS-2 coils in my 2006 european S2000. Are the specs of the OEM coils available to compare with the LS-2 coils? (dwell etc). And if not, is there an option in Flash Pro to alter these figures?

Re: ID 1000 injector size

Hello again, Please look at the attached datalog (4th gear pull) or the print screen (easier). At 8370 the INJ shows to be 12.68ms and the duty cycle to be 88%. I have 2 questions: - How is the duty cycle calculated in the ECU? My calculations give a max time at 9000rpm of 13.33ms and there fore the...

Re: ID 1000 injector size

So if I change the injector size from 1000 to 1200, it will lean out, just like it would if I increased the fuel pressure value? And I will then have to increase all the fuel table values to get my AFR back to my target. Correct?

Re: ID 1000 injector size

Ok, thank you for the clarification.

Regarding the actual fuel map values, what happens when you change the value from 1000 to 1200? The fuel values remain the same. Do I have to go and manually reduce them to get the previous AF again?

ID 1000 injector size

Hello, I have a supercharger on my car, ID1000 injectors and a fuel pressure of 62psi. However, the map with which I have tuned the vehicle has 1000cc in the "current injector size". I therefore get wrong duty cycle values in my datalogs. The manufacturer says that at 62 psi the ID1000 flow 1200cc. ...

Re: Wideband on EDM s2000 ecu does not work?

I have found that the issue has been resolved here (for the K-pro however): https://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=10728&start=15 I think it might help someone with flashpro ECU to have a similar solution. Could you please post a picture here with the resistor that needs to be removed in...
