Re: From VTEC to part throttle low cam, lean spike.
Lol what? Sure if i decelerate with my foot off the throttle it will go lean. I'm talking acceleration from high cam tables to acceleration in low cam tables, I get a lean spike / jerk. I can do the same motion, staying in vtec the whole time, or staying out of vtec the whole time, and the car opera...

From VTEC to part throttle low cam, lean spike.
Specs: Custom 4" -> 3.5" -> 3" long tube intake, fuel surge tank running ~stock fuel pressure I'm having a problem where if when I go from high cam tables back down to low cam tables, I will get a lean spike. So if I do any type of VTEC, part throttle or full throttle, then back off t...

Re: Short Trim causing lean spikes during shifting and startup
Wonderful news, I got the answer "The tables need to be closer to stoich" on other boards as well. I normally tune my stuff a tad rich so I'm not running lean with weather changes, but this may not be a viable method with this learned S.trim value. Hopefully once the values are tuned close...

Short Trim causing lean spikes during shifting and startup
I've got an odd issue and can't seem to find a fix to it. I thought my problem was originally just a poorly tuned map, as it was a bit rich, but now that the map is tuned relatively well, (I like my map values to be a tad rich, and use o2 to lean out the map to stoich) I am still having this issue. ...

Re: 2003 S2000 w/ Kpro, AFRs run lean in closed loop
Is it normal for a low voltage primary o2 sensor code to pop up when you set S.trim to 0%?
Whenever I turn closed loop on and set the S.trim to 0% that code pops up, but when I set the S.Trim to -10/10% the code doesn't show up. Very strange.

Re: 2003 S2000 w/ Kpro, AFRs run lean in closed loop
Thanks for the quick reply! I checked my o2 sensor a couple hours after your response, and found that it was indeed plugged in. I decided to check the ECU harness, and noticed my primary o2 sensor had become depinned! I plugged it back in and closed loop works great now! Also, thanks for the advice ...

2003 S2000 w/ Kpro, AFRs run lean in closed loop
So I have an 03 S2k, the engine is professionally built by Endyn and has low comp (9.5:1) pistons as this engine will be turbo'd soon. Other than that, the car just has intake and 70mm dual exhaust. I dialed in the fueling in open loop and using a modified version of the AP1 stock timing tables. In ...

Re: KPro / KManager requests
Another feature that I think would be an easy and simple addition to Kpro is having the ECU turn off the A/C at WOT (or over a specified load) that way you never have to worry about losing power due to the Air Conditioning sapping power when at full throttle.

Re: KPro / KManager requests
I just started tuning with Kpro on my N/A S2k and while its MUCH easier to tune and runs the car a lot better than the AEM 1052 I had and tuned using AEMPro, theres a couple feature I was upset about not finding in K-Manager. o2 feedback / Closed Loop inhibit This helps prevent the big rich spike yo...
