Its running rich, fowling plugs and only the initial press of the pedal gets a response. Anywhere near 1/2 way or past causes it to die.

I recently had my motor in my 99 civic hatch rebuilt using a b18b block bored to 25mm over (to clean up the cylinders) out of an integra and mated it to the head of a b16a. I've installed a turbo, 440 12 ohm injectors, 255 walthro fuel pump, and hondata s300 ecu. If I'm not mistaken this is referred...
