I had a similar issue with a 15psi JRSC K20A2 I did last week. I'm betting that misfires are showing up as knock. I had several spots where I am convinced the knock sensor was lying. I would turn on watermeth and then pull 4 degrees of timing and see the knock counts increase. Pulled plugs and they ...

Furthermore, i am confused by the fact that your software contains intellectual property of Honda or their supplier but yet are selling and profiting from something that that was not entirely developed by Hondata Inc. rsmith2786: We have rights to our code in the ECU. Even if a derrived work then i...

Guys, why don't you back off Hondata for a minute? I'm really interested in hearing what they want from me. Perhaps if they could get a moment to breathe they would have a chance to get back to me?

Hondata's attorney contacted me today. At this point, we are finally involved in negotiations again. Let's give peace a chance before making any further presumptions?

At the moment your train is speeding towards the abyss and you are busy dismantling the brakes. At this point, I'm very sad and disappointed. I would have hoped to at least be able to have a conversation in which you clearly stated what you were looking for from me. If you change your mind and woul...

I also see veiled threats from you concerning hostility towards Hondata and the people to hacking our systems. What possible conclusion can be drawn from this apart from that you want to harm Hondata? For you to even suggest that was a threat shows that you missed my point entirely. In the interest...

I'll bite. You're distorting facts... Doug, I'll respectfully disagree with you on #1 and #2, and say that there is considerable room for legal interpretation of #3. We can bicker about this but it isn't going to help either of us. We are at a crossroads. I am going to be giving you a call in the o...

People, as stated previously, posts which are abusive, hateful, insulting, or are just advancing you own justification for copying our software will be moderated. What does removing something that you don't agree with accomplish? I'd kind of worry about the "audience" if they could not differentiat...

I use my TOP853 as my mobile burner.

To use the 27SF512:

1. Load the binary you wish to burn
2. Select 27SF512 from list
3. change Start addr to 8000
4. click program.

(make sure chip is erased/blank first)

Dave, You must understand that to most people it would look like your sale of pgmfi to Mr Ivanof is a thinly disguised attempt to shed responsibility. For example, it appears that you still have day to day control and effectively run pgmfi, and just the domain registration was transferred. The regu...

Hondata asks nothing more than reasonable legal protection for its property and to prevent this from happening again. The door is still open for Blundell to achieve this if he chooses to do so. Doug and Derek, I must respectfully disagree with your statement that "the door is still open..." On Janu...

Actually, all the legal correspondence in the matter is available for people to view, including Hondata's representation of facts as contained within proposed settlement agreements and reasoning for their actions. That's probably about as much of "their side" of the story as you can ask for. Nothing...

For reference: The suggested measures did not solve the problem. I tried installing 1.2.2.4 / removing / setting environment variable / deleting devices. Re-downloaded installer twice to verify that there was not anything corrupt. I was eventually able to get version 1.2.2.3 to install and run corre...

Can't start K-Pro after updating

I was running an old version of the K-Pro software from November, 2006. I just updated to the latest version, as I have a car to tune and wanted to be prepared. Now the software will not start. After running it, KManager.exe appears for about 2 seconds in Task Manger (at 91% CPU utilization) and the...
