scalar for aem 5 bar 1290 off set -645

I cant believe you ask them for the offset and scalar for a popular sensor and they tell you figure it out...typical hondata support.

figuring the sensor gives 18.723 psi per volt then the scalar would be 1290mbar 1290 multiplied by.5 volts would be -645 offset and then the numbers are correct.

I looked at your scalar anf offset equation- for aem 5 bar min voltage and pressure is .5 volts = -1013 mbar max voltage and pressure = 4.5 = 4157.5 mbar range 4.0 volts pressure range = 3144 so the scalar and off set should be 786 and -393 but this gives incorrect pressure readings -voltage so it i...

Tried several times and even tried closing everything and loading it up again, didnt work. Used V1.0.9 on another tune...

Try closing the program and uploading the calibration again. Who did the socketing of your ecu? You are the only person who has experienced this problem, so I suspect it is an isolated issue. I sent it to you guys and no its not socketed wrong.... When you load maps it likes to change them ...almos...

Im guessing you are using a factory map sensor... the factory map sensor will read 11 psi so if you run 4 psi it will have different fuel values then at 11 psi. there will be no need to switch fuel maps the map sensor tells the ecu how much boost you are running and will make the appropriate changes...
