Re: Analogue Sensor jitter/jumping after car warming up

Hello,

i cant find the issue. You say i have a grounding problem. But how can i fix it? Can i put more ground wires from the engine to the chassis to fix it?

Im starting to fed up with kpro, never had those issues with the link g4x :(

Re: Analogue Sensor jitter/jumping after car warming up

Hey no. I tried to wire it differently and completele seperate from ignition loom and stuff and tried the different grounding on the ecu but it didnt changed a thing.. I dont know where the Ground issues are. Its a fulkly build race car with stripped wireloom, welded cage and stuff. Its not possible...

rotational idle possible?

Hi,
is it possible to have rotational idle? Best would be to active it via a switch.

Background: I am building a rally car with a k20 and toda a3 cams. I want some rough idle for when on the podium ;)

Re: Analogue Sensor jitter/jumping after car warming up

How can I improve the ground? Should I run more wires from the cylinder head to the chassis?

Thanks

Analogue Sensor jitter/jumping after car warming up

Hi, i have strange thing with my Sensors. Im using two Bosh Temp/Pressure sensor. One for fuel pressure and one for Oil Pressure / Oil Temp. While mapping, i noticed the Fuel Pressure was jumping between 2,6bar and 4,2bar. I changed the whole puel pump assembly inc. the pump and it didnt changed a t...

Jdm DC5 does indeed has a oil pressure sensor. You can leave that enabled if you don’t remove it.

Re: understanding injector setup page

Hi, i agree with garz. Its confusing. So just to confirm: I am running a car on the stock 310cc inj with a fuelmap. Now i switch the 310cc with 440cc. I dial that that in in the "inj size" tab. What do i need to do now to basically get the car started? It seems that the car is now VERY ric...

Re: Integra DC5-R rebuild wont start / USB cant connect

Hello,
after countless hours of diagnostics i found the issue: I had the wrong Throttlebody Gasket which had a channel from the iavc to after the butterfly. I dont have the iavc connected so i assume it is just plain open without wires. And because of that it would wouldnt start.

Integra DC5-R rebuild wont start / USB cant connect

Hi, im having issues with my ecu/car. Im building my dc5 as a racecar. I removed everything from it and got a cage welded in. Last year the car was running fine with a kpro i borrowed from a friend. No issues. Now i rebuilded it and got a kpro4 a few weeks ago (send in my PRC ECU so the kpro is new)...

Re: Analog Oiltemp Sensor - no curvation

okay then i should be good to go.
Can you tell me which pullup i should use? 1,5k ohm as said in the hondata manual or 4,7k ohm as said at bosch?

Thanks for clarification

Re: Analog Oiltemp Sensor - no curvation

Hey, i looked the Bosch CLT and the one i have up. The resistant is pretty close. I guess it will work. But how can i verify it? It would be literally quite bad if the ECU thinks the oil is 130°C while in reality its more like 150°C. Id like to see more sensors in the kmanager. The Bosch 0261230340 ...

Re: Analog Oiltemp Sensor - no curvation

Hi, thanks for the answer. The sensor is that one: bosch 0261230340 I can do the Steinhart equation but i do need 3 points to set. In the krpo analog under custom, i can only set 2 values. Also the curvation changes when you have a different resistor. In the Hondata manual it says 1.1kohm is recomme...
