Make sure you don't have one of those MSD rpm pill things. If its a 6000 'pill' and your rev limiter is set for '7' - it will stop at 6k.

Wiring 5-Wire Wideband o2 sensor

I was just wondering if it were possible to just wire a wideband to the ecu harness - which wouldn't require me to buy a plx device for $300. If someone could direct me to a link - that would be great. I'll go ahead and do some more searching. Thanks in advance.

ok - in order for smanager to show the a/f ratios - i need to hook up the wideband; however, will I have to hit the datalogging button for it to display the a/f ratios? or will it automatically read from the o2 sensor? Yeah, just go to fuel trim in the parameters section and change the fuel injector size to 340 or so. It'll work fine. Thats what I'm doing right now until I buy my wideband.

The s300 will not control a boost controller, but it does have fuel and timing maps for boost conditions. Meaning - just get a damn boost controller............for less than $150 ........use that to up the boost........and the s300 should run fine without changing anything - just get it tuned for y...
