Re: Dip in torque curve
I have made around 16 cars in spain.Nazul wrote:Where did u get this info then?
If you have gasoline 95 or 98 ron put this values in LOW-CAM without problem.
DIP is caused by low VTEC point and agressive VTC from OEM cams.

Re: Dip in torque curve
Try it
Vtec point 4500rpm with OEM cams
rpm VTC
3000 35º
3500 30º
4000 30º
4250 35º
4500 40º
advance ignition to 30º in this range and adjust a/f 13.00-13.5

Joaquin, sin mirar el log y por lo que me has comentado por mail, seguramente sean "falsos" knocks por llevar levas mas agresivas.

Re: Using Kpro K20A2 tuned calibration. OK to lower the VTEC
Seems better. No knock count. You also increased the idle rpm to 850. I was going to say, on the v1 map, each time I came to a stop my engine struggled a little as the revs went a little to low at idle. All seems fine now. when the idle dips goto "PARAMETERS" --> "IDLE" and ajus...

Re: Using Kpro K20A2 tuned calibration. OK to lower the VTEC
Just tried it, nice map. I think I prefer it, although I do miss the little VTEC kick :) I noticed I can get a constant knock count of 2. Is this normal? I've attached my logs if anyone could help. Much appreciated Vtec kick it's only marketing ..... jajajaajajajaa The VTC in oem-ecu down to 0 degr...

PRA k20a2-tuned calibration don't touch lowcam VTC, it's the same values of OEM-ECU

Re: wierd knock Euro EP3
No OEM cams has more noises and makes false knocks....
i spent many days adjusting my kal (kamanger 1.5 and toda A3 cams) and the final decision was "up the values of knock sensivity low speed" and other tricks
try this kal and get some logs....
