05 TSX 6MT Reflash Questions

I plan on doing an I/H/E setup on my TSX that I just bought and send the ECU in to be reflashed, my question is does the ECU compensate fuel/timing when different parts are added to keeps AFR's in check or is the flash set for one particular set of mod's? I have 0 experience with K ECU's and how the...

I was not aware I said some are "made" differently. I siad the problem lies in the ECu, it could be a number of things. I will personally never do testing on one so I cant really comment further, just stating what I know so far.

Well the person that installed my components, has installed 30+ of them prior and has also experienced the same issue with 1 or 2, so with all these cases appearing, I doubt its user install error on most of these. Hopefully the issue can be found and solved.

http://hondata.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7874 Where did you order the Kit from? Seems like we are having the same problem? As I just stated it has nothing to do with the PWM Components, the problem lies in the ECU itself, I have talked to several other reputable people about this...... the only kno...

They would not answer this for me , the problem lies in your ECU, you need to use another one unfortunately. My explanation from other sources is that a certain small percentage of the ECU's have A11 grounded and there is nothing you can do about it but swap ECU's. See here: http://www.hondata.net/f...

Was there ever a resolve to this? I am having the same problem, my ECU is sending constant ground to the solenoid regardless of duty and the solenoid is very hot. I have been doing research on this and I have found that a certain small percentage of ECU's have the PWM pin constantly grounded and the...

AC switch for High/Low Boost Problem

I went into the Honda Manual, found that BLK/YEL is my Power into the switch, Ground in is a BLU/RED and Ground out is a Green, am I correct by cutting the green and wiring it to B5 and cutting the BLU/RED and grounding it to chassis? I tried it this way and it does not work, does not light up or an...

Turn the key to the on position but dont start the car, attach your voltmeter to the TPS Sensor wires, mine has 3 of them, you will obviously need only 2. You have to rotate the TPS sensor until it reads .45v with the TB closed and 4.5v when you open it all the way. I thought I had a bad TPS after a...
