I can read thank you, what I was after is the actual logic and process behind this.

Would somebody from Hondata please like to explain the functionality behind the Full Throttle Shift function please?

trying to get my head round what it's actually doing... specifically the Fuel & Ignition retard activation RPM and what this effects.

Thanks

Thanks....

any chance of this being added in future releases?

VSS (speedo) sensors

Running a different box to the std Honda one, without a VSS sender. now, I have made up a sender to run on the output shaft, and this works OK< but I could do with knowing the number of pulses per turn on the std Honda setup (from an EP3 gearbox). Would also be really useful to be able to calibrate ...

It is possible, but difficult to justify for a single user at the moment. Just to add another one to this request... Also using the Geartronic changer system... as I understand it (and still playing with it at the moment) ideally we just need it to cut for the time the trigger is active. as a nice ...

done some playing with this.... got a new LC-1 out of the box and a new PRA ECU when you connect the LC-1 to the ELD pin, the line voltage is raised, how much depends on where in the 0-5V range you are, but in free air it's over 5V (seems to settle on 5.09V) now cleary this makes the calibration of ...

that's intersting....

I wonder if the ELD input has a pull-up resistor in the ECU?

Can't say I have seen this before, are you sure nothing else is connected to it (like the ELD?)

Narrowband output should eb OK as it is, and looking at your earlier log, looked to be working about right?

In that case, something is not right... this is what the AIM data looks like: the red line is RPM the black line is TPS the orange line is Knock-count as you can see, it's following TPS, almost like it's a combination of knock threashold? the .xls is the exported data for the same lap. thanks Stuart

Calibration for the (default) LC-1 should be: 0V = 7.35 AFR 5V = 22.39 AFR applying this makes it look silly lean, so either the sensor has not been calibrated (should do this is free air before it's installed - see LC-1 manual) or the ELD voltage is offset from the LC-1 output... way to check is to...

I have Civic Type-R with PRA ECU. I have been running for more than one year without problems with an external wideband O2 module (TechEdge) with dual output. The wide band signal (0-5 V) is connected to ELD pin for data logging, while the narrow band signal (0-1 V) is connected to the primary O2 p...

senders are all the same thread...

not sure about using the LC-1 as the secondary input, never tried that...

in theory it should work, but I suspect that the differences in responce will be enough to trigger a MIL, remeber it's there to test for CAT function, not closed loop.
