I just replaced the Main Relay.. Fixed the issue.
Just to clear up what the issue was. :)

Try like 200-300 fuel and -60 timing. Should build boost like nobody's business.

There is times where I key off (while driving) and key back on, and it will be fine until the next random time I start it..

So.. Yeah, I guess it would sound like a relay issue.

It takes time for your exhaust gasses to reach your wideband. Take into account the distance from your exhaust ports on the head to your wideband. I wouldn't worry too much about it being 'too rich' in those area's for fractions of a second.. dude, is making the logging capturing everything wrong, ...

The parameters you have set for engine load are not being met. Try lowering the minimum load. I just tried that, I went with kPa from Absolute pressure.. and looked at the tables settings.. and put in the load parameters that corresponded with the loads I would be getting at WOT. It'll be trial and error. And just remember to Preload your tranny. By letting the clutch engage slightly before dumping it.

But Try 3500, if you bog out, raise it up to 4000, if you bog out raise it up to 4500, etc..
