Are none of the wires required for the ECU to make the engine run? I don't want to cut wires that will be needed.

This I know, I just need to know which ECU wire is best to use to wire the one I'm going to fit to.

Re: EP3 JRSC High idle when cold

All the closed loop fuel trims are positive - this tells us that the fuel tables are too lean. Thank for your reply :-) Any suggestions what I should do to sort this? I am planning to fine tune the calibration by moving my wideband O2 sensor to the front of the CAT and forcing Open Loop. What is th...

Does my ECU not require or use any of these inputs for anything else? I don't mind cutting a wire if it isn't required.

EP3 with PRA ECU, which pin to use for CLUTCH SWITCH?

I have a UK EP3 with PRA ECU. I fancy trying the clutch switch for full throttle shifting and was wondering which pin on the ECU is best to use: E16, E22, E29 or B9. My Civic has air con and still has power steering if this makes any difference. Are any of these pins normally used by the ECU or can ...

No i didn't cut the cables. Just did a proper soldering job on the side of the cables about 3cm away from the conector and isolated them with tape. Will take picture for you. I also used conectors to make it more practical in case i youd need to unplug it or use another WB in my car. You'll see it ...

I have Innovate Motorsports LC-1 hooked up to my PRA KPRO ECU. I'm using it for WB and NB too. Wiring is as follows (6 wires LC-1 version): ECU conector A: A6 [PHO2S+] - Yellow wire (Narrowband O2 output) A5 [PG1] - Blue wire , Black Wire , Metalic/White wire (Ground - thick black cable) ECU conect...

You might get a voltage offset when you connect the wideband output to the ELD pin. If so, program the LC-1 to flatline set voltages to calibrate the expected output voltages to the actual voltage the ECU reads. My conversion table looks like this: Actual LC-1 voltage---o2 sensor voltage---AF Ratio ...
