Check this out

Ok, so I tuned this car last week on a small turbo. Customer changed the turbo and came back for a retune. He changed the turbo and the map sensor. Put it on the dyno, get it rolling to calibrate the dyno and this happens. It only happens going into 3rd gear. Changed ECUs, changed blue boxes, change...

erratic speed sensor

check out this log With 2 step activated, the speed sensor reads 19mph When it shows 19 mph, of course 2 step is deactivated and full-throttle shift activates. It sometimes goes up to the 60 mph range. With the 2-step set to something low, say 4000 rpm, this will not happen. speed stays at 0mph like...

Component Q31

On Nitrous/Aux 2, to use A20 (PCS) output to activate a nitrous relay, what needs to be done to Q31? It is a US P75 ECU. Tried it without changing anything on the board but it will not activate the relay.
Thanks in advance

it doesnt feel like a rev limit. more like a boost cut. I can get a speed sensor signal, i just have to plug it in. Wouldnt a rev limit kind of skip around at that rpm range? not just drop off like a boost cut?

it is a 2006 type s. full-race turbo kit. pl4-rc1000s. I was disabling sensors to try to narrow down the problem. for this particular log, they just werent enabled. on previous logs, no knock was detected and the speed sensor was working properly until this glitch or whatever it may be happened. Als...

ECU shutting down?

Check out this log. At the upper rpm range, everything pretty much goes default. All grounds are good, using resistor type plugs. I know its running rich. Any ideas? thanks in advance
