Sorry to bring this back up, but back to my original topic. We tried my CPR kit on another car and it has the exact same issue that it did on my car. I'd like to see about sending in the cpr box and having it tested and/or repaired if needed. Can you let me know what I need to do to do that?

I agree, but even with the same distributor that was working perfectly on the cpr kit, it did the exact same thing. Nothing mechanical changed. No, there is the tdc mark that is a single mark, then the 3 timing marks on the pulley with the center mark at 16 degrees. If I lock timing at 16 degrees I line it up with the center mark.
