OK after about 2 months of fighting this engine I finally solved the issue! I purchased this car from its previous owner for $1500 with $6,000 worth of engine and other work done to it. He had an endyn/moroso oil catch can hooked up to it. I finally got frustrated and ripped the intake manifold off ...

ECT Water temp helps the Idle Air control valve to adjust the amount of air bypassed around the throttle body until the engine warms up as it does that the IACV starts to close up and the fuel leans out as you run rich during warm up. colder the car temp the more fuel is dumped and idle is controlle...

Have my PLX installed where can I see AFR?
Installed a PLX SM_AFR and DM-5 the Gauge of course shows me my AFR. I can see the lamda readings in the Table but does the hondata convert that to AFR anywhere? I am connected to D10 ELD with resistors removed. I was not supposed to install jumpers where the resistors were was I? I have Closed Loop...

Engine only runs REAL rich... Why [SOLVED]
I can only get my engine to run if it is really rich Im talking in the neighborhood of 450-550 in the fuel table to get it to idle. What would be the reason the only supplied map from Hondata I can get it to run decent on is the LS/Vtec with ITBs and changing from alpha-n to Map. I don't have ITBs o...

As for Ubuntu Linux did your friend install WINE the windows .exe emulator? If he was a computer geek ...

Try taking the stock p30 calibration changing injector size and calc the fuel trim with the fuel pressure, from 1600cc to 2000cc. Turbo car is just like a N/A car under lowspeed driving conditions. I would not recommend boosting till you get to the dyno of course but it may give you a good starting ...
