Re: KproV4 Analog inputs

Thanks for the info.

Any chance the analog inputs could ever be broadcasted over bluetooth in the future?

I'll try adding something like a 45Hz low pass filter to the input or restrictor in series with the sensor to see if it cleans it up.

KproV4 Analog inputs

I have a few questions about the analog inputs on the KproV4. First question is about the sample rate of the analog inputs. I have a 30-2130-150 150psi pressure sensor monitoring the oil pressure (teed off of the supercharger oil feed). At idle it fluctuates around 2psi and when driving at a constan...

Thanks!
That did it.
Wouldn’t have thought that was necessary.
I appreciate the help with this.

Re: AEM 30-0300 Closed loop issue

Assuming that the provided calibration was loaded on to the ECU any guesses to why the ECU is behaving this way?

Understood.
Would that 50mV offset count as custom though?

Re: AEM 30-0300 Closed loop issue

Pretty sure it was the same calibration, I literally saved the calibration and then hit upload before I started the datalog and didn't play with any of those check boxes. I will try again tonight to be sure though. Regardless any thoughts on why it is behaving like that? The only thing I can think o...

AEM 30-0300 Closed loop issue

Still working on getting things sorted out with the car. 05 S2000 PRB-A08 modified with AP2 connectors Kpro V4 Wideband output wired to analog 0 AFR reported by the ECU matches the gauge. The ECU seems to be trimming the fuel in the wrong direction. When the engine first starts in open loop it stay ...

Re: Calibration lost after firmware update?

Thank you for the info.
As far as the analog inputs, would the voltages be recorded in the logs if they are set to unused in the calibration?

Calibration lost after firmware update?

I recently purchased a 2004 S2000 with a supercharger kit and a PRA KproV4 ECU. On my drive home the car felt like it had some part throttle tuning issues so I decided to install Kmanager on my laptop and get some datalogs and inspect the tune. When I connected the ECU it asked to update the firmwar...

Re: Need help troubleshooting intermittent misfire

You should pull the plugs and check them after a week of driving and see how they look and see if one has unusual wear. Thanks for the advice, will do. Any info on the floating point vs integer representation of the trims? Also, a bit off topic but as a feature request could you guys add the abilit...

Re: Need help troubleshooting intermittent misfire

So I took the car to the dealership again yesterday and since they didn’t have the tools to test the fuel injectors they were not able to find anything. Since I replaced the plugs the car seems to be running fine but it is only likely a matter of time before it starts acting up again. I still suspec...

Re: Need help troubleshooting intermittent misfire

Replaced the plugs last night and got some pictures with my bore scope. I assume cylinder 1 is on the passenger side of the car. (Although that seems backwards to the compression test results) Cylinder 2 looks a little dirty. I’m not sure if that is a result of poor combustion or something else. Any...
