Re: Decimals on Sensor Overlay
Yes, I'm aware of that. Unfortunately the sensor overlay doesn't follow the number of decimals one sets up on the display. The sensor overlay is quite a powerful feature for detailed analitcs, together with the lambda overlay, but it's quite frustrating to find its functionality somehow castrated by...

Decimals on Sensor Overlay
Hi, Sensors seem to default their number of decimals according to its "nature". Sensors like RPM, VSS, TPS, etc default to 0; MAP, Knock Level to 1 and others like INJ & AF to 2. Is there a way to increase the number of decimals?, it would be quite interesting specially to sensors that...

Re: Copy&Paste in the lambda and sensor overlays
We can copy the fuel values from the normal fuel table (SHIFT+F3). But copying the same underlying fuel table values when in lambda overlay (SHIFT+F4) leaves no option to copy the intended lambda values. Lambda values, for instance, are of great importance for a correct tuning. It is frustrating to ...

Re: Datalog frame timestamp problem
Hi,
Is this a known KPro issue?
Are there any workarounds?
Thanks,
Luis

Re: Throttle tip in
In racing every detail counts.
We really need an answer to this issue in order to make decisions.
Thanks,
Luis

Re: Datalog download: no files
Spunkster, Last race I've in fact upgraded to V 3.1.6. All ECUs had their respective calibrations uploaded, and their datalogging memory had been cleared more than once during the weekend (before saturday practice, before qualifying, before sunday practice and after race #1). I'm not to fond on usin...

Re: Datalog download: no files
Spunkster,
The KPro's serial #s are: 7586, 7909, 9721 and 10085.
I've attached full KPro info print shots.
Last race, only one out of the 4 ECUs made files available for download, all other 3 had memory full but no files to download. I've also attached one print screen of this problem.

Re: Datalog download: no files
The version of KManager is the latest, 3.1.6.0.
I'll get you the serial #s as soon as I have it.

Throttle tip in
Hi Hondata, Spunkster, We've realized there is a throttle tip in being applied by the PRA ECU. In most conditions, a fuel enrichment of around 7% is used upon Throttle opening up and it progressively goes down to 0% during 0.5s. This situation has a huge impact in our A/Fs during this period. Are yo...

Datalog frame timestamp problem
Hi, I've been using KPRO/KManager for four years now. In all our race datalogs we have found the frame timestamps to be wrong. Datalogging at 16Hz, for instance, should produce a frame every 62.5ms, instead KPRO produces a frame every 60ms. From our laptimers we found the timestamp error to be aroun...

Datalog download: no files
Hi, We are currently racing with four 2004 Euro Civic Type-R (EP3). All have the standard PRA ECU. Three have 1st generation KPROs, and one has the lateste KPRO III. We use a single PC to upload calibrations and download datalog files. Ocasionally, when trying to download the race datalogs no files ...

Copy&Paste in the lambda and sensor overlays
Hi Hondata, Spunkster,
When trying to copy the lambda or sensor overlay values the fuel table values are pasted instead of the displayed lambda or sensor values.
Could you please implement copy&past for the lambda and sensor overlays in the Hondata versions to come?
Thanks,
Luis Fernandes

Re: 7% fuel increase upon gear shifting ... Why?
Hondata, I understand your reasoning, I honestly do, and above all I appreciate your (good) advice(s). Nevertheless, it doesn't explain the "overfueling", that clearly occurs. A different "perpective" from the datalog I posted: frame #1949 rpm=7267 map=816mbar cam=38º inj=8.32 ma...

Re: 7% fuel increase upon gear shifting ... Why?
It essentially is a tuning problem - you still need the non-WOT parts of the fuel tables to be correct, otherwise you will get odd fuel trims. I think that you are going about tuning the wrong way. There are huge jumps between columns 5 and 6 in the high cam tables. The fuel tables should be consis...
