Hondata does not work on OBD2 ecus. You willl have to convert to OBD1 and then you can use a Hondata system.

Basically what you are trying to do is get a K-Pro for free. You can only upgrade your ecu with the #4 program to the K-Pro.

Use a multimeter and check the resistance of your injectors...post back wiht the results.

As long as the car has a manual transmission, you will need to convert to a compatible OBD1 ecu from the list at http://www.hondata.com/ecus.html

You can then use either the s100 or s200 system.

Your car may not want to idle properly at 14.7...try different mistures from 13.5 to 15.5 for the idle.

Post the dyno plots with the vtec set at the higher points. This probably needs a high vtec point of 5800-6200 rpm on a smaller displacement engine to acheieve the same intake velocity speeds as a larger displacement engine.
