This happens on startup.. I did find a way for the program to start, If I right click and select "run as", there in a box marked, "Protect my computer from unauthorized program activity", If I deselect it and press enter, the program will start up.... When I install KManager, it opens fine after the install is over, but if I close the program, it will not reopen. I gives me the following message... I ran E85 for a while and go off and on with it, you will need to run about 30% more fuel than gasoline, just remember that it doesn't make your car "flex fuel", you need to empty the tank when switching fuels.
