Re: ELD d10 not working! can only use d14 primary o2 sensor

I'll let everyone know the outcome once I have the time again to muddle around with my ecu and wire harness, my smanager reads the d14 perfectly and if I unplug the aem wideband from the sensor in the exhaust pipe the voltage reads 2.34 constant like it should at 14.7 Afr, sorry if my voltage is wro...

Re: Running Rich During Cold Start

I had to adjust my 67, 106, and 168 degree Fahrenheit on low manifold pressure for the ECT 67 degree is now 7.0, 106 is now 3.9, and 168 is now 2.3 as the engine block temperature doesn't play that much of a role effecting air density, as opposed to the IAT sensor, my car was also running in the low...

mobile app drops when on board data logging

Hello I just noticed that when my ON-Board Datalogging gets switched on due to engine parameters being met the bluetooth connection gets lost and can not be paired again until the ecu is power cycled with the ignition switch, also if I upload a tune using smanager this scenario occurs with my andrio...

Re: ELD d10 not working! can only use d14 primary o2 sensor

Ok so I'll try a few things and log them I'll first have the car running and then remove the wdieband from d14 o2 sensor input as I've gotten my fuel tables perfect as of this morning. Then I'll switch to d10 eld input with car off update the tune and datalog startup and running conditions Do you wa...

ELD d10 not working! can only use d14 primary o2 sensor

Honda civic b16a JDM motor with Garret GT3076R Turbo, Stock bottom end, 850cc injectors(high impedance needle type). I'm having issues with my ecu and running my wideband on the ELD input, I've tuned my map on the D14 Primary O2 sensor input, obviously the range on the O2 input is from about 1.0v to...

Re: Wiring Radiator Fan Clutch (RFC) obdI pin a19 or obd2a pin a27

Sounds good, I'll check out some more b16a engine harness schematics for the wire color of the ground trip lead, do you know of any good suppository for b16a, civic 99 - 00 engine harness diagrams?

Re: Android applications

i wasn't referring to starting a datalog on the laptop, I was asking whether the mobile app could be included in the ON-BOARD data logger of the ECU's internal memory, like per say using the A/C switch to turn logging on and off again, I would rather not rewire the harness (due to past owner) but I ...

Re: Android applications

yes I do this all the time, but It would be nice to be able to toggle the ecu's datalogger from the phone without a laptop in the car, as I had mentioned, it's hard to look over at a laptop whilst driving, finding f9 unless it was neon green and glowed at night is kind of hard to find. is there any ...

Re: Android applications

is there going to be a hondata mobile app update in the near future, I like it so far but I don't want to see gauges I'd rather have large numbers where the RPM gauge is as I have in car gauges, but would rather see the precise RPM # in a large text and do away with the tiny needle, also if there is...

Wiring Radiator Fan Clutch (RFC) obdI pin a19 or obd2a pin a27

My ecu is unable to control the Radiator fan protection settings because of a wiring issue someone chopped the harness before I owned the car and there isn't a pin on my stock OBD2a Pin A27 the radiator fan clutch output, I would like to have this feature reinstalled as my stock thermostat thermisto...

Re: New to tuning, need lots of help

You should not use a previously chipped ECU, unless your a professional at removing solder joints from Silicone boards, as with a soldering gun it's easy to remove the tracers from the board, you could use a soldering heat gun as this will be avoided and a air compressor to blast the solder out of t...

"this also sounds like incorrect injector dead times!" start here http://honda-tech.com/engine-management-tuning-124/setting-up-injector-dead-times-s300-2947586/ and try some different searchs using google. but could be a fake hondata board if they aren't an authorized dealer which spunkster has sta...

Re: Running Rich During Cold Start

to improve the wideband accuracy check http://www.hondata.com/techplxwiring.html for more details as I see you are using the ELD pin D10, there may be two resistors that need removing from the board, if thats already been done, what I did with my car was got the car to idle around 14.7 then shut it ...

Re: MAC Solenoid Boost levels & spring strength

Hello all, I know the threads old but I found it looking for answers, I liked a previous post about setting the variable frequency to 31-34hz and then messing with the duty cycle after, this really helped me figure out that the minimum hondata will save the hz setting is 10hz, also the test output s...
