Re: S300v2 shows 300F for IAC/ECT after capacitor upgrade

Also if the board sealant was removed I would spray new water proofing silicone sealer on the board so no corrosion builds up. Just looks like it was removed in the second picture the board doesn't look Shiny with the water proof coating.

Re: S300v2 shows 300F for IAC/ECT after capacitor upgrade

So when you did a continuity test from the back of the board to the top of the hondata board terminals the was continuity? But the pins on the board just weren't fully soldered? Did you push the male header pins up at all?

Re: Fuel injector issue.

you need to adjust the dead times in your cars tune to match the new injectors, also there is no way to know what the old injectors behave like without an upload of your cars calibration.

Re: Info about this tune ?

we need a copy of your calibration to coincide with your datalog. from what I can see the ecu is effecting the PWM output of the Electronic boost controller it is a 99%, but in that pull you only achieved 6psi from the map sensor readings so the PWM wouldn't change until you reached a certain psi if...

Re: Need a basemap nothing I do seems to help

if your running 1000cc injectors, did they not come with a datasheet? call the manufacture and get a datasheet if they have serial numbers on the injectors. Also a big concern with no data sheet is that your fuel rail PSI will effect your injector CC size, I'm running Fuel Injector Clinic 1000cc inj...

Re: Primary o2 Pin D14 3.83v

There was no voltage because the plug under the hood I confused with the secondary 02 sensor not the primary. also for some reason creating a new calibration corrected any issues I had after cleaning up some wiring, also I had 1 wire soldered to the wrong pin on my conversion harness. all is well no...

Primary o2 Pin D14 3.83v

I've got a peculiar issue and just looking for suggestions on where to look next. I've had my wideband wired to pin D14 for probably a couple thousand hours of driving my turbo civic. I think when I first got my hondata the Primary o2 sensor was wired into d14, then I had some exhaust work done (for...

Re: Wideband AEM 30-0300 UEGO to S300 v3

remove resistor r136 and r138 on ecu if using D10 ELD circuit, also you may ground 0-5v analog negative to the same ground as the gauge so long as your Offset on D10 isn't greater then (+/- 0.05 volts) when viewing smanager sensor list voltages. ALSO pro tip unplugging the wideband connector will fo...

Re: s300 V3 FTS

I'm not doing it for 20$ I've given out lots of info. how hard is it too do a little more research, testing with an ohm meter and splice some wires? Doing a proper write up would take hours, pictures, and compiling the information into a cohesive instruction manual. I'm far too busy and have other p...

Re: s300 V3 FTS

also to help the first guy out, wire pins C and D, one side to ground if it isn't already wired and the other terminal to your ECU input pin, see the diagram for reference, then when you pull back for the intermittent wipers you'll short your pin out to the ground you wired and the 2 step will engage.

Re: s300 V3 FTS

So on the Diagram pin 4 of the starter cut relay you can wire in a diode with the correct polarity so that 12v cannot pass into the ecu, but when the switch triggers a ground the circuit will ground and trigger your input properly, the thing is there is only power going to the clutch switch during t...

also do a continuity test on each of the data log pins from ECU to hondata that one is at the usb port and is 4 pins. Also when the the Hondata board has a map installed and is communicating with the ECU you should Have a solid green light at the USB B type connector.

Re: S300v2 shows 300F for IAC/ECT after capacitor upgrade

The header pins are too deep after the rework, if you did a continuity test from the back of the ECU to the top of each pin on the hondata board I'm positive you would find either one side is fully open circuit and if you tilt the board the other side would go open circuit, do a continuity test on e...

can he not add a varistor inline to adjust the voltage output from the speed sensor into both the ecu and tachometer?

Re: newbe needs advice

see this thread: https://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=20303 as for widebands, aem or the PLX is fine, the AEM needs the gauge to have an output to go into the euc. can you solder wires? I would highly advise against wire crimps or those crimp splice connectors. all you have to do is tu...
