Hondata - can you make the protocol available? There seems to a lot of interest in this, and a lack of functionality in the S300 in this area. Your response is appreciated.

Does this apply to s300? Cold Start. In order to be classified as a cold start the engine coolant temperature must be below 122°F (50°C) and within 11°F (6°C) of the ambient air temperature at startup. Do not leave the key in prior to the cold start or the heated oxygen sensor diagnostic may not run...

What are the triggers in terms of time, frequency, start/stop cycles (ignition on/off) for the S300 LTRIM to update?

(i read forums on other cars (EVO) they mentioning 15 minutes)

Use J&S Safegaurd - they have a knock retard signal 0-5v that can be input into Hondata.
