You already have the tools available to tune out audible knock... they are: Ignition low (0/15/30/40/50 cam angles) Ignition high (0/15/30/40/50 cam angles) IAT ignition comp Gear ignition comp ECT ignition comp Individual cylinder trim If that's not enough, then it'll never be enough. I'd rather D...

He's supercharged, with an M62 blower. Those IAT's are normal when measured past the blower. Re-indexing the IAT ign comp tables and properly compensating for air temp is the right way to do it. I hate to break it to you Pete, but Hondata's not here to teach you how to tune. They are here to provid...

do you think the Hondata IMG is better then the one that comes with the CT-e kit? would it be worth switching to keep the blower cooler?

What is this Fuel Economy option you have added, how does it work?

Also do you think you could try and add that option I mentioned in the above post?

Not easily. If you're getting knock readings at part throttle, I suggest you look at the supercharger, unless the knock does go away with less timing. It is pretty common for superchargers to make a lot of noise on the low cam, sometimes even from too little ignition timing. True, but In my case if...

Would it be possible to add "Individual cyl. ignition trim" for the low cam and another "Individual cyl. ignition trim" for the high cam? I find that in part throttle on the low cam cyl. 2 and 3 have audible knock, but running on the high cam it has 0 audible knock. If I add -2% on cyl.2 and -1% on ...

@Hondata I notice i'll hover at 15.6 for a bit till the car warms up! Is that a problem? Isn't that better for emmissions? And if it's a bit leaner wouldn't that help get the cats up to temperature? There is no load on the engine at idle so I wouldn't think a 15.6 to be detrimental at idle. I have ...

@Hondata When tuning the Si I noticed there to be a need for a "Post cranking fuel trim" this would aid in keeping the fuel at a steady 14.7 for the few seconds after a cold start. Could you add this feature in the next beta? I believe kPro may have this. I notice i'll hover at 15.6 for a bit till t...

Re: Issues?

updates, replies?... help? Hey Pete I think spunkster said in another thread http://hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12186 that the lowest the speed limiter could be set to was about 70 mph and was intended to raise not lower the speed limiter. I tried to set the rpm to about 3000 to keep the top ...

you'll need to pay someone to make you a custom .cal ask around and fine a good tuner in your area. Another great option is e-tunez if you can't find locally.
