Have you tried a known-good stock ECU to make sure it's not something else that's wrong?

AFAIK, Hondata will work with you to fix their daughter board, but if the ECU itself is bad, they can't help with that.

They want to know the serial number of the board, and maybe the board rev.

You have to understand that Hondata's a business like any other. Until the market will more than pay for development, there's no reason for them to bring it back. Unless 100s (or 1000s is probably more accurate) ask for it, it doesn't make economic sense, no matter how badly a few people want it. Wo...

No, 1% won't do anything either. You have to remember it's a mechanical assembly with mass and potentially some stiction, so you won't get any movement until up around 30-40% or so. Just experiment with it, you'll figure it out.

The diode gets wired in parallel with the solenoid, with the banded end toward the +12V... getting it wrong means smoking the driver in the ECU.

Well, if you were the ECU, running the engine hard, and then the throttle plate position read zero, what would you do? You'd kill all fuel except just enough to make it idle.

The errors literally tell you want's wrong. Go check the wiring and if it looks good, replace the O2 sensor.

I understand that, but I'm just sayin' pressure builds up in the tank when it warms up, and when it cools off, it contracts. If you're plugging everything up, how's the tank going to breath? Regardless, after you do this your garage will stink of gas fumes - like a lawnmower.

How will it deal with vapor pressure build-up, and allowing air into the tank as fuel is consumed? You need a vent of some sort, preferably one with a ball-valve in case of a rollover.

Boost control solenoid min/max duty cycle

I'm using a KPro PRB and a Hondata boost controller solenoid. So if I have, say, a 5 psi spring in the wastegate, how much over and above that can the boost converter create. I know how they work, duty-cycling vacuum to the WG, but to what duty-cycle can they work. That is, with a 5 psi spring, does...

Oh come on now... Check the box for instructions... check their website for instructions. Or, deduce that red is probably +12V, black is probably ground, leaving the other wire as... wait for it.... signal! Separately, you need to confirm that this gauge matches whatever O2 sensor you have... wide o...
