What is the difference in datalogging them? I don't understand what you are trying to find out? I did a 'Return to Stock' over 3 days of driving (> 200km) and registered zero knock count. Then I uploaded a stock equivalent and started seeing knock count of 5-15 every 20km of driving in using the sa...

Tables for FD2 type R

I am aware that the following tables do not exist for FD2 type R. Fuel - Cylinder trim Fuel - IAT Fuel - Coolant temperature compensation Ignition - Cylinder trim Ignition - IAT Ignition - Coolant temperature compensation Knock sensitivity low/high. Knock retard low/high. What is the implication of ...

did yr tuner adjust the knock sensitivity limit? sometimes the inconsistant octane of fuel n embient temp contribute to knock. being in a higher gear n stepping on the throttle would in definite induce knock. u tuned by rhom? ( jus a guess). Stock sensitivity unchanged. As far as I know, it should ...

datalogging - Return to stock versus Stock Equivalent

Attempting to do a datalog of the car with stock calibration.

What is the difference between doing it on the car that has been "Returned to Stock" versus using the "Stock Equivalent" Cal?

Asking this in the context of FD2 type R but I assume the same would apply to another car supported by Flashpro.

u r driving an fd2r, wat r yr current mods? could be helpful if u list yr mods. any test pipe or cat? My car is stock apart from an intake air scoop (remove resonator) + K&N drop in. Stock Header, cat, cat back. It is still having persistent part throttle knock. On some days, you can get knock coun...

CAMCMD in datalog does not follow CAM angle in calibration

Looking through my datalogs and see that the CAMCMD and CAM values are close which is understandable. However, I noticed that very often, CAMCMD differs from the CAM angle reflected on the VTC table by as much as 30 degree. I am aware it takes time for the CAM angle to change but is it normal to hav...

Knock control for Flashpro Manager 1.1.6.2

I see that the knock control has been change from "knock sensitivity" to "Knock Ignition limits". How are they related ? Is there a direct correlation ? How will it affect cals that was done in previous FPM ? Do I reload the cal in 1.1.6.2, save it and upload to FP again for subsequent upload to ECU ?

What are the differences between a "return to stock" and "stock equivalent" ?

I think it works only on stock gear ratios.

Appreciate your advise! Many thanks..
Yes you should as this is to allow the car to run in close loop during part throttle.
