What band wideband are you using?. Use a different wideband input in the parameter settings (eg. D10...D12...B6) as your datalog is showing a rich mixture. Use close loop when you are finish tuning the car.

Normally setting the injector size is good enough, normally overall fuel trim is 0%, but try this calibration. Please observe AF ratio and send me datalog. This is to get you to the dyno.

What changes were made since last tune?

Boost cut is there to protect your engine in case it is over boosted.

Was the car tuned before this problem?

and

Why is boost cut set at -14.7 PSI, shouldn't it be 10.x PSI for a stock map sensor?

you can disable the codes, go to Parameter - Misc. tab. and you can disable knock & ELD sensor. Go to close loop tab and you can disable the O2 heater.

I would try using a stock O2 sensor to see if that fixs to problem.
If your ECU is JDM (square), you have to use Hondata S300j
If your ECU is USDM (retangle), you have to use Hondata S300.
USDM ECU has the ability of controlling Boost.

Building the buttom end is not in the budget, the gold is to make the 300whp with what I have on 8lbs of boost. Do you think it's possible?

300whp @ 8lbs of boost???

I would like to make 300whp on 8lbs of boost using ethanol 90 gas. I have
two choices

1) Stock B16A2 + GT35 Turbo+JDM P72/S300j

or

2) B16A2 with PCT pistsons(B16B) + GT35 Turbo+JDM P72/S300j

Which of the two can safely make the power on 8lbs of boost and serve as a daily drive weekend warrior?

With the sc61 base map try setting cranking fuel trim to 0% and see if that helps.

It's the vehicle speed at which the radiator fan will trip out when in override mode.
