i'm still using the stock map sensor What PSI you running? I would get this everyonce in a while and I know it is the map sensor as I was boosting to much on the stock sensor. I was pushing it to the limits. It would throw a solid CEL and go away after a minute sometimes. I narrowed it down to that.

Re: Weird Cel problem

Recently I've been experiencing some odd issues with my setup. It's been on and tuned for about 1.5 months now, and recently it's been giving me a Cel but the light won't blink when i jump the harness. The idle tends to bounce around, won't rev passed 3.5k i believe, and runs like crap. I checked t...

Re: autotune questions

I am going to try my hand at the autotune deal and see how it goes. I would not even think of using it for wot tuning. I have been tuning the apexi and other like units for over 6 years now and the greddy emanage for just under a year. I have done some minor tuning with the AEM unit, "didn't l...

Re: autotune questions

The autotune instructions say that it only autotunes the highlighted area. When I press ctrl A the whole table goes blue "as if I had selected all". Now does that mean that the whole table is being autotuned? or that the area with the "invisible" red cursors is the only part bei...

5bar is nice too but 3.5bar would be perfect for most and you wouldn't loose too much resolution accross the map.. Soooo many people out there want/need this option. Oh, I would also rather have the 3.5 bar but I was just showing that the higher bar map sensor topic has been brought up. :wink: 3.5 ...

Re: 3.5bar support by hondata??

AEM and Uberdata are both offering 3.5bar map support.. I need this and am thinking about getting rid of my hondata so I can effectively tune to 35psi.. Is there any chance that you guys are going to offer 3.5bar map support in the near future? I will need this so I want to be on the list too. This...

No, actually noticed Hondata recommends cranking fuel adj should match injector multiplier (as you are suggesting). I'll try this. The map I'm using is actually a Hondata JRSC big boost base map so this might have just been an oversight. Your ECT turn down to .7. Do the same for Post fuel. What inj...

Re: cel flashes and loss of power

I just got my car back from being tuned. I'm running the s100 with 756cc injectors on my b16a (w/t3t4 turbo). The problem is sometimes not always when I'm accelerating hard the check engine light will flash on then off and when it does that the car will lose power. After it does that everything is ...

After searching some more I found out I don't need the 2 capacitors that came with it. Although I'm still very confused on this J12 connection. Half the posts say cut it the other half says don't cut. Anyone know for sure? Search a little more. :wink: http://hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=430&am...

Re: MSD 72 LB injectors-Running poorly

Got the 3.5.5 to work on the stage 4. Took out 450 cc DSM injectors, which ran beautifully, and installed MSD 72 LB/HR injectors. Had to trim the palstic at the top and install the Honda o-rings. On the wideband we have the A/F numbers right. The car misses at idle and under light throttle. Seems t...

Did youever find out what the problem was, and fix it?

Thanks
For me, my car was doing the same thing. All I did was disable the ELD in the software and it fixed it.

ELD = Electric Load Detector
