A tuner should be able to fix this, however it sounds like you might have other issues.

If your IAT comps are set right, it shouldnt really be either.

Most people use the d16z6 map, disable VTEC and tune from there on the b7s. That should get you going. I tell you what, I got pretty nice gains from running a d16a6 cam and d16y8 gear on my b7 back in the day. Its around 100-150$ for the cam and the gear and will likely gain more than that throttle ...

Give my tune a try. Just change the injectors (fuel trim/offset). Should get you to a dyno.

You have to go to closed loop tab under parameters and dial in your voltage readings.

Naw man idle should be around 14.7. Pretty much everywhere should be 14.7 except heavy cruise and wot (columns 8-10 generally). WOT should be between 12.5 and 13 IMO. Double check that your wideband is correctly calibrated and then start slowly pulling fuel from the idle area or adjusting the overal...

May or may not work.

Is there fuel compensation by gear and I'm just missing it?

My 2nd gear WOT logs are consistently coming in 3-4% leaner than my 3rd gear logs and I'd like to fix it.
