Re: FlashProManager v1.9.5

Re: *Critical*, 06-11 Civic AFM Cals don't read past 22.3psi
The sky is not falling. It is a datalog only problem; the ECU reads & runs correctly above 22.3 psi. I've fixed it for the next release. My datalogs showing 13.5 or leaner afr's even with fuel scaled properly to 36psi didn't agree... I had to move my 23.5psi column way way up to hit target afr'...

Re: Throttle plate closing @ high rpm
The throttle map that's exposed in the software isn't the final throttle target... this isn't news, the various DBW platforms have other modifiers to the throttle map you see that changes the final target.

Re: *Critical*, 06-11 Civic AFM Cals don't read past 22.3psi
I sent Doug a text when I found the source of the issue. Somehow I doubt we'll get a fix without Derek... Back to the Race cal I go for now (again) I guess, lol.Spunkster wrote:Derek is out of the office this week. You need to talk to Doug.

Re: *Critical*, 06-11 Civic AFM Cals don't read past 22.3psi
I'm assuming this has been seen.... I have a customer in a Civic AFM cal running 20psi+ as well on a built motor, kind of need a fix please (or at least acknowledgement a fix is coming soon). I know you're busy with the accord stuff...

Re: Throttle plate closing @ high rpm
You'd be surprised what kind of things happen to circuits when they don't have a good ground. I'd expect the problem to show up before now... electrical problems don't wait 3 years and for me to rev past 9200 to pop up :p Not to mention this has happened in the past on our other cars, with no therm...

*Critical*, 06-11 Civic AFM Cals don't read past 22.3psi
FPM 1.9.3 A13 ECU Just as the title says, tried a brand new map sensor (hondata), everytime the car makes more than 22.3psi, the ECU just clips the boost reading. 4 bar map sensor is indeed selected in the Sensors. I bench tested using an air compressor while datalogging... always clips @ 22.3psi. S...

Re: Throttle plate closing @ high rpm
The TB is never electrically isolated as it's got 4 bolts going through it into the IM... if that was a problem simply running an IMG on the intake manifold could cause something like this. MOre than likely the ECU is seeing some kind of vibration and giving up... which is stupid. I had it slam shut...

Re: Throttle plate closing @ high rpm
The ECU part # is RRB-A13, this is my personal 2008 67mm turbo Civic Si. I'm getting more interested in running the car as a dedicated drag vehicle, and the TB issue is surprising/annoying (I reset the code, took off and was able to powershift all the way through 4th no problem... so it's definitely...

Anti-lag so I can launch my 67mm 8th gen (reiterating the problem... no boost with long 1st gear == bogging).
Lean protect (emailed Derek as to why... map sensor failures are a bitch)

Throttle plate closing @ high rpm
Do we have a fix for this yet? It's been an intermittent problem on various TB's, kind of annoying. I'm prepping for a track day next week and just had the TB slam shut on me @ my 9200 rpm rev limit. This is my built motor 2008 Si. The TB is an OEM Honda TSX throttle body, been on the car for severa...

Re: Acura RDX overboost code
It is a boost cut, but the Honda code is very complicated. It looks at both the turbocharger pressure and manifold pressure sensors, there are multiple compensations for throttle position, air temperature & rpm. I can expose the rpm vs map table but the turbocharger table is more difficult. Or ...

Re: Acura RDX overboost code
@Hondata
I can reduce the boost targets, and the error goes away, but then we're left with an RDX running basically stock boost... kind of shitty.

I'm pretty sure the RPM indexing labels in the 2014 Si calibration for the high cam ignition table is wrong... unless Honda decided to use the same indexes for low cam and high cam ignition... the fuel maps are correct, however.
