I have not been able to reproduce the issue or see any problem on our end. Have you tired taking out the vss sensor and with the key on spin it up with a drill to see what it is doing then? Data log when you do this so you can see if it cutting out at 255 kph. How do you think, can it be a noise fr...

it looks weirdThe speed sensor will only read to 255 kph (internal limitation of the ECU), but it should not switch back to 0.

can you explain?I would consider raising the front off the ground and running it in top gear to see if the problem is load or speed dependent.
