lean protection is possible if you wire in the stock wideband is it not spunkster?

if you changed the map , than i need the copy you are running.

your really better off with a stock wideband and all the options. get a Kpro that can utilize an 02-04 wideband sensor. get yourself a relay , and wire the rsx wideband sensor in your car with kpro. its not that difficult and well worth it.

here i made a few changes again , you have to always relay to me how the car feels each time ok. from your datalog it looks like its running alot better already. no knock anymore.

cant see it no. its probably something to do with you crossing into vtec at 20% throttle.

another roll on the throttle guy. listen , you cant roll on the throttle. that datalog you posted is useless. and like 7 seconds long. go for a 20 minute drive in open loop , vary driving conditions , try and use the whole map. somewhere in that 20 minute datalog , get the car in 3rd gear at 2k rpm ...

are you running a stock fuel pump? if the answer is yes , get a walbro in your tank asap. your asking for trouble.

thats not really a good source for vacuum pal. i personally tapped 2 holes in my intake manifold , 1/8" npt , and put fittings in with 1/4" hose barbs. ran one line off one to my fuel pressure regulator , the other i ran to a vacuum block. off the block i ran lines to my bov , wastegate , ...

your car has a vacuum leak or something pal. go over all your vacuum lines make sure you have no vacuum leaks man.
