Re: FP cannot detect gears 5 & 6
http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h248/chneo1982/FPgeardetectionproblem_zps60ba7531.jpg The above log shows WOT pulls from gears 1 to 5. The point where the cursor is is supposed to be gear 5 but FP is still detecting it's in gear 4. When shifting to gear 5 from gear 4, there's a valley in the grap...

FP cannot detect gears 5 & 6
Hi hondata,
I noticed FP cannot read gear 5 and 6.
What could the issue be?
I am trying to retard higher gears using the gear ignition compensation table.
THanks!

Re: Speedo not showing above 180kph
I didn't do a datalog. Only looked at the cluster meter physically. It's maxed out at 180kph, but speed in reality can still increase.
If return to stock for JDM cars speed cut is at 180kph. So it will never show above 180kph.

Re: FD2R JAPAN SPEC ABNORMAL TIMING RETARD
I encountered the same issue.
I desensitize the knock sensitivity map so that knocks wont be registered, and it works.
I could not hear any knocking from the engine, so my guess is those knocks are false knocks caused by the high sensitivity in the knock sensitivity low map.

Re: Why is this ECU staying in closed loop at WOT?
My ECU still stays in closed loop. There shouldn't be anything wrong with the calibration. See below: http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h248/chneo1982/WOT_zps938b1393.jpg I wanted open loop after 4500rpm, therefore for the MAP WOT determination pressure table, i set the MAP to a very low value after...

Re: Why is this ECU staying in closed loop at WOT?
Hi Gernby, I am facing the same problem. I have set 'MAP WOT determination pressure' to 0.1 bar from 4500rpm to 9000rpm. But after 4500rpm ECU did not switch over to open loop, it continued trimming fuel to the targeted closed loop AFR at 14.7. I have read in the help file that changing values (to a...
