Nice. Unsure how they changed but thanks so much for the quick response that got me taken care of!

XY Scatter Plots locked to the number 30 3.4.3 Flashpro

For some reason I can no longer view the proper data to calibrate afm. The strim vs afm plot only goes to the number 30 (strim is +/-30 from zero which is obviously usable) but the g/s reading on the y axis only goes up to 30 g/s. Should I uninstall and reinstall the program? Is there a secret way t...

Re: Best Base Map Calib. for New Intake Takeda

Well from my understanding the afm values tie into what the computer algorithms determine as cylinder fill per stroke. So the short answer would be its possible but in theory if the trims are closing in to 0 and getting better that should be improving the accuracy of that value.

Re: Best Base Map Calib. for New Intake Takeda

When you re baseline or just for your next upload try one of 2 things..... Best thing to try would be re-enabling rev hang to see if the counts disappear as it could be the mechanical sound of the throttle plate snapping closed. OR leave rev hang disabled and make sure to reduce the fuel cut overrun...

Re: Best Base Map Calib. for New Intake Takeda

They dont state this in the help file so maybe hondata will chime in.... disabling l.trim should allow for a better calibration of the afm based on s.trim only. To me end result is end result but maybe this would improve the methods? I was under the assumption that zeroing the l.trim limit would kic...

Re: Acuity Curl Control CAI MAP PLEASE

I just did cal yesterday on a 2015 for a guy that put this on and it wouldn't run at all. He was stranded at his job after install because he was unaware of the consequences. Took all of 20 minutes street tuning it. The trims were off the charts maxed and it barely stayed running. He's out ripping i...

Re: Best Base Map Calib. for New Intake Takeda

I have tried to calm down the lower range (idle- 2-4 g/s up to maybe 11 g/s) and man it is stubborn. I eventually got the low range close and quit being ocd about that area.

Good job!

Re: Best Base Map Calib. for New Intake Takeda

exactly. its hard to hit every single load sample that many times lol. That is why the longer the log assuming no dramatic temperature/humidity changes, the better.

Re: Best Base Map Calib. for New Intake Takeda

Also just to clarify and answer one of you questions above. Driving down the highway would not lead to heat soak. Idling for 10 minutes or more or stop and go traffic is when the heat soaking becomes a factor and it is more or less un avoidable at times.

Re: Best Base Map Calib. for New Intake Takeda

Basically the longer you drive on a flash the more sample data the ecu acquires and the more "overall changes" will be in your recorded data. Multiple days with different humidity and temperatures etc basically lets the computer learn your settings and you can then react to its reactions. ...

Re: Best Base Map Calib. for New Intake Takeda

My initial setups are just as yall are doing. Once I feel I am close I will maybe do it once a week. Once I think its perfect Ill make a change once a month maybe. It always proves to me it cant be "perfect" lol. But I try to get it as close as possible. My last upload has taken about 2 mo...
