Could it be EMF's from the coil being so close to the wireing harness. Cause thats all that has changed in the engine bay.

When I turn the to power on but not to start my sensors are fine. I was running Hondata S300 on my H22A EG N/A but I pulled the motor to rebuild for turbo. While motor was out I relocated my external coil to the rear of the engine bay just under the battery box and I put the motor back in just 4 day...
