Is on board datalogging working properly with any of the most recent software releases?

Using your Helms, check to see if those sensors are all on the same fuse in your fuse panel. Chances are the fuse that feeds those sensors is blown. Or maybe the common power feed wire for those sensors has broken.

You don't need to mount the IACV to the intake manifold. It can be mounted to a remote location like the firewall, and run some hoses (I'm using AN-6) from the IACV to a fitting attached to the intake. Those colder thermostats lead to tuning problems that you may never be able to resolve. The Honda engine management looks for 176 (I think) degrees before it stops looking to the cold start fuel enrichment tables. If you never let it get to 176, you'll forever be chasing your tail.

The "mods" are the people that run Hondata, and I doubt very much that they spend any time on these boards on the weekends.

I've yet to do it myself, but if you look in the shop manual, the switch itself has 12volts (Black/Yellow) going in one side, and the other side goes through the fan speed switch and to ground. Marc, Look for the actual wiring/components in the car. It wouldn't be the 1st time the Helms was wrong. I'd be very surprised if the relay and stuff is not there. Did you ever consider the possibility that your O2 sensor is failing? This could lead to the behaviour that you've described. It doesn't always kick a code.

They have no definitive value, but is it not correct that a cell value of 840 would inject pretty close to (accounting for opening and closing time) double the fuel of a 420 value? Right?

That is the exact same scale as the Autometer sender. I emailed Autometer about it, and they sent the info. I compared, and they are identical.

If there is no motor in your car, then the ECU is not being grounded. The ECU ground is at the thermostat housing, and then grounded further by the grounds that run from the engine to the chassis. If you have no engine, you have no ground.
