almost every ctr i have seen datalogs (and i have seen many), including my Fn2 type r, have 100% throtle plate opening and less than 100% at throtle pedal. it's normal, but don't ask me why. Your car is fine.

are you talking about throtle plate or throtle pedal?
is normal the T. pedal at 95%.you have to see the T. plate is 100% or more. If yes is all good.

I have one broken pin on obdII port in my flashpro.
What can I do? Can i buy the a new obd cable?
I live in portugal.
