ABS sensors not logging properly

I have a 2020 FK8. Trying to log the ABS LF, RF, LR, RR sensors doesn't seem to work. The speed sensors just stay static. See attached second gear pull log. This log was performed by pressing the 'datalog' button on the FlashPro.

Re: Datalog feedback

The air charge limit table is limiting boost. You can't really change this because your fuel pump is already close to maximum. That's what I was assuming. Thanks for confirming. From 4k to redline, fuel pump % is in the 75-85% range, would it make sense to increase the charge limit table restrictio...

Re: Datalog feedback

Looking at the log again, it looks like I'm hitting boost of 23 psi. Is this within normal range? I haven't modified anything on the base map. I know the ECU automatically calculates the necessary boost targets but just wanted to confirm I didn't have some boost limitation anywhere.

Re: Hondata 100 octane downpipe intercooler base map

I would not recommend using this calibration with a catted downpipe as it was not designed for that. IS the 100 octane unleaded, or is it leaded? I'm not sure if the 100 octane here is leaded or unloaded. What is the 100 octane tune adjusted for, leaded or unleaded? Also, is it safe to assume that ...

Hondata 100 octane downpipe intercooler base map

Are there issues if I run the Honata 100 octane downpipe intercooler map on a completely stock fk8 with 100 octane? Are there certain parameters in the tune that were adjusted for the downpipe and intercooler? If there are, are there certain parameters that we could change to make the tune work with...

Try the E25 map if you have E85 pumps nearby. Even better.

Re: Datalog feedback

I have filled up with E25 (93/E85 mix) and loaded the Hondata E25 calibration. 100% factory. Did 2 3rd gear WOT pulls. Looks like fuel pump is definitely being asked for more fuel compared to the 93 calibration. I see 94-95% duty cycle. Car doesn't need more air at this point, so an intercooler woul...

Re: Confirming ethanol and pump gas mixture

Spunkster wrote: Wed Jul 01, 2020 10:15 am For this you really should use an ethanol content sensor.
I would be mixing it in fuel containers and then measuring the ethanol content prior to pouring it into the car’s fuel tank.

Confirming ethanol and pump gas mixture

I plan to run the Hondata E25 cal on a completely stock 2020 FK8. I’ll be doing my own 93 and E85 mixture to hit E25. Since I won’t have an ethanol content sensor in the fuel line, is there anything in the datalog I can review to gain comfort that I hit the proper E25 target? Should I look at AF com...

Hondata wrote: Wed Jul 01, 2020 7:15 am Looks good. Did you make the datalog with the laptop or from the FlashPro by pressing the button?
I was tethered with the laptop and just logged with the laptop. Is there a difference if I datalog with the Flashpro by pressing the button?

2020 FK8 Flashpro jailbreak status 'unknown'

Received my 2020 Fk8 jailbroken ECU in the mail. In Flashpro Manager, I noticed it says the jailbreak status is 'unknown'. Is this just a bug and shouldn't affect the ability to use Flashpro?

Datalog feedback

Looking for some feedback on my 3rd gear WOT datalog. Specifically, I'm more concerned that the engine looks healthy before I try the E25 calibration. Fuel Type: 93 Shell with 10% ethanol Calibration: Hondata 93 standard Modifications: 100% stock Ambient temps about 88F Few questions: I don't see an...

Sounds good. Should the customer expect an email with the tracking number when it's shipped? Just trying to get a feel if my ECU has been jailbroken or shipped yet.

Thanks!

I believe my ECU was received by your team on last Thursday. Does your team typically work on the jailbreak the same day and...

Feature request: Disable active sound control

Would it be possible disable the active sound control (fake engine noise) for the 2020 SI and Type R via FlashPro?

Currently, you can physically disable the connection behind the glovebox. It would be nice to do this via software.
