Wait so you are telling me that 70 deg ambient air should be 110 deg in the intake manfold before combustion ? While the car is barely warmed up ? Edit: Also according to your info on the s2000 page you said the stock IAT should read 30 deg higher when in fact it is reading 50 deg lower..this doesn'...

Hondata suggested IAT sensor S2000

Hondata, I noticed on the S2000 application page you suggested using the IAT part number 37880-P05-A00. I went out and purchased this sensor so that my IATs would be correct, however I believe either the part number is wrong or perhaps mine is bad. I have attached a datalog of both sensors on the ca...

Ah, okay, so it is based off a resistance scale instead.

Thanks.

IAT Voltage Scale

Hondata,

I was thinking of running a PLX IAT sensor in my s/c. I was wanting to know if you could disclose the voltage scale of the stock IAT sensor so I may see if it is compatible..or if you know if it is compatible that would be great.

Thanks

you need to make sure you solder the connections and don't just try to tap into the wires.

green/white= ground= pin a
green/red= signal to ecu= pin b
yellow/red= +5v= pin c

The pinout.

Fair enough, just figured it could be moved over since it would be roughly the same timing/vtec settings/fuel values.

S2000 KPRO Maps

Was wondering why Hondata doesn't include the map for the 06+ reflash in the bundle of maps in K-Manager, all the 04+ guys could technically use that map instead of just the base map for the ap1s that is included.

Displaying Current Gear Information

When posting a KPro problem with your vehicle, please include: - serial number of your K-Pro - 2005 S2000 KPRO Whenever I datalog the gear it just shows I am in 1st whenever I am stopped and 6th anytime I'm moving. I have the AP2 values loaded in my parameters, should this be done while hooked up to...

I finally got it to bolt up, but it took me an hour of shoving it against the rubber mount to get it to sit properly, I think maybe that bracket is a little tight against the rubber piece.

Okay, well I will take the bracket off the ecu and then test fit it, b/c it doesn't fit perfectly for me. Maybe there is something in the way...I can't see.

S2000 Kpro Fitment

Was wondering how the fitment was on the S2K. I can't seem to get both holes to line up. I can get it in the mount..place the rubber thing in and then can only bolt in the hole closes to the door...the other one is about a half inch off.

Any tips...also do you leave the USB cable installed ?

well basically you have to go through a dealer, so they would have to make the deal, hondata does not deal with the public.
