Kpro help

I was trying to datalog and for some reason it would not connect, I wanted to make sure that all the connects were stable and found out that the pin inside the ecu is broken... It will connect if i hold it a certain way but its so loose that its not gonna be able to go through any calibration...

How can I find out the warranty or some type of fix for this...

I took some pics to show what im talking about....

any help would be greatly appreciated... am i able to just buy this part and sauter it in?
