Integra Type R S300

If i upgrade my ecu to a Hondata S300, and there happen to be a check engine light come, will i still able to scan it through the OBD2 Diagnostic port??

No, the OBD2 diagnostic port is not longer functional when converting to OBD1, but you can read the codes using a laptop and the s300.

Thanks, can you scan through the s300 with a obd1 scanner?

I don't know of an OBD1 scanner. The s300 connects to the laptop via USB and you can datalog and read the errors.

Oh ok thanks, actually there are OBD1 scanners, Innova makes that can do both obd 1&2, just putting it out there, but thanks for the info though.
