Tried installing FP Manager... "could not start application Failed (error 0 )"

I tried to install the FP Manager software onto my laptop. It will not run on my laptop, I keep getting the Failed error 0 message. I'm running the Windows 8.1 on my laptop. Old laptop downloaded the software and installed the FP with no issues a few months prior. That laptop crapped out and was thrown away. Software will download but will not open. FP is for a 2012-2015 Si.

Your anti virus software is deleting FlashProManager.
