Hello,
New to the forum here.
I wish to add the option of disabling Adaptive Cruise Control and switching to Conventional Cruise (CRUISE MODE) control at will. For some reason the dealer in my country removed this option and is refusing to add it for me.
The option already exists in US/Mexico Honda Accord. The option is seamless and only requires a push of a button to switch between ACC Cruise and Conventional Cruise as shown in this video directly from Honda channel (~2:24):

My question is it possible to get the software and flash it into my car to enable this feature, any workaround?
I have tried unplugging the front radar sensor but I get all sorts of warnings on my dashboard and the car becomes undrivable.
Tried also to cover the radar using a metal piece from my computer and some anti-static wrap which oibstructed the radar beam but the cruise control won't function when obstructed.
*If it helps, my vehicle VIN is 1HGCV2636KA600662, Engine No.: K20C42039907
Thanks.

No, this is not something we can alter.
