00 civic dx ecu upgrade

Ok hi honda freaks , im from PR , i just buy an ECU 92-95 dx complete Racing ECU . It says MODIFY FOR MORE AIR FUEL AND MAPPING.GETTING MORE POWER AND QUICKER PICK UP SPEED.THIS ECU WILL RED LINE UP TO 8,200 + RPM.NO MORE FUEL CUT OFF AND NO MORE SPEED LIMITER..ARE YOU BUYING A COMPLETE ECU WITH A MODIFY CHIP. i need if is a good buy and if is going to work on my 00 civic dx whith 95 si intake manifold ported whith AEMcold air intake . And i will apreciatte if tell me a few tricks for more power with my d16 engine , if the honda people had something for my car . I know i had to put header and cat back exhaust for see better results. Just let me know what i need to be a little more fast on fuel only.
