Scenario:
Vehicle: 98 Sohc Ex-Apexi Turbo Kit- RC440cc-P28-OBD Coversion Harness-Would LIke to push 8-9 Psi.

I would like to purchase the S200b- what I need to know is, what other equipment is needed to tune the car without a dyno? Also is there a standard configuration that could be used for this setup(Base Map). Does the base map make the car run as rich as the Greddy Blue Box or it's similar to the V-Afc Hack? Also what is an estimate tunning rate being charged for a setup like this.
