What to purchase?

I currently am running a Field SFC Vtec controller on my LS/VTEC setup and a burnt rom chip with the mugen fueling program. My car has been dyno tuned and is still running rich after taking out a ton of fuel. I'm not happy with the tunability of my current system and want to upgrade to a Hondata system so I can tune the fueling properly with a wideband O2.

Now here is my dilema, I have the abililty to purchase a used Hondata stage 2, with rom emulator & datalogging option.
This used system with the added options will cost me about the same as a new S200 base system.
I want your help in deciding which way to go.
By the way my setup is N/A and I'm using a chipped P28 ECU.

are you getting rom editor too??

the romulator will do you no good without romeditor and the pocket programmer.
