I just recently bought a ECU from Hondata with the built in connector. Per hondata's website it says that you must specify what ECU when ordering. The ECU I have has all 5 pins filled which to me seems like I can use either obd2a or b since both corresponding plugs exist on my ECU. can anyone shed some light?

On the side of the ecu it will say OBD2A or OBD2B. It may have all the pins, but they do not go to the same place on the internal board.
