Hondata,
My Kpro does not connect at all.. The drivers has been changed, it shows up as USB<->Serial on my PC.
My Mac shows it up as a USB SERIAL COM PORT, but Kmanager still does not connect.
This is my 4th Kpro'd car and this issue is really dodgy..
Im a IT admin so the driver troubleshooting was the 1st thing I tried... also, un-installing and reinstalling the device.
I need help guys, cant drive my car with the tune on the ECU.
Andre

A response from Hondata would be much appreciated, this topic has not been publicly closed before.
I have emailed support @ hondata.com from yesterday.
Awaiting help.

Still no reply on this subject, why is Hondata showing such low support? Can I please have atleast some info on whether it is fixable or not? Please, I need to know how to rectify this issue.

You need to check your spam filter as you were sent emails.
Please download and install the new beta versio of software from our website. THen go to Help, and click on Test USB. Follow the prompts and after unplugging the USB and plugging it back in it should work.
